Refund Eligibility Criteria
- Refunds are applicable only for services that have not been fully rendered or utilized.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- If a service is partially utilized, a pro-rated refund may be considered at our discretion.
- Any fees paid for third-party services, government charges, or administrative costs are non-refundable.
Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back through the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Services
- Consultation fees
- Property listing fees
- Legal documentation and verification services
- Any other services explicitly mentioned as non-refundable at the time of purchase
Cancellation Fees
- Cancellations made before service initiation may incur a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations after service initiation may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, follow these steps:

- Include your transaction details and a brief explanation of your refund request.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
