• Refunds are applicable only for services that have not been fully rendered or utilized.
• Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• If a service is partially utilized, a pro-rated refund may be considered at our discretion.
• Any fees paid for third-party services, government charges, or administrative costs are non-refundable.

Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back through the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Services

• Consultation fees
• Property listing fees
• Legal documentation and verification services
• Any other services explicitly mentioned as non-refundable at the time of purchase

Cancellation Fees

• Cancellations made before service initiation may incur a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations after service initiation may not be eligible for a refund.
